LOVE STORY
 
This drawing is about the power of love and its ability to help us during life's most challenging problems. I chose a champagne bottle to celebrate love with the loves of my life on the bottle. The Vase with the roses symbolizes life's challenges. I created a storm and a ship on the verge of capsizing in the Vase to show the feeling of hopelessness during these times. But suppose you grab onto love, as you can see with the hand grasping the stem of a rose. In that case, it can provide the strength and resilience we need to endure and overcome our difficulties. Eventually, the storm will pass, and the sun will rise to signal a new beginning, as I illustrated in the glass.
